Integrations Implementations Manager / Team Lead

We are looking for an Integrations Implementations Manager who wants to make a real difference for thousands of employees by leading our dedicated integrations team and driving successful customer projects.

 

The Role

In this position, you will take on the day-to-day leadership of our Integrations Team, which includes a Backend Developer, a Technical Support Specialist, and a QA Specialist. Your role is to coordinate, prioritize, and guide integration projects so that customer needs are met, deliveries happen on time, and the team works smoothly together. Acting as the bridge between customers, developers, QA, and support, you will ensure that every project results in high-quality outcomes. You will report to Head of Product, Delivery & Support.

  • You’ll lead and coach the team, while also being hands-on in driving implementation and onboarding of new customers, with a strong focus on integrations. Together with the Heartpace Tech team, you will contribute to testing and development of integration features and take the lead in refining our processes, delivery methods, and training. Part of your role will be to support the Product Delivery team with data management, migration, and import tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will also develop and maintain training materials, manuals, FAQs, and Help Center documentation for integrations. In larger customer deals and complex projects, you may participate in sales and pre-sales meetings, as well as represent Heartpace at webinars, customer events, and trainings. Close collaboration with the Customer Success team will be essential to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, while robust QA and validation processes will be under your responsibility before go-lives. To stay ahead, you will actively use AI tools in your daily work to streamline routines, testing, and project workflows.

 

Who We’re Looking For

We believe you are a customer-oriented leader with a strong background in SaaS system implementations. You know how to manage a team, understand technical concepts, and are motivated by ensuring successful outcomes for both customers and the business.

You probably hold a relevant academic degree or have gained equivalent professional experience. You have proven experience in implementing SaaS systems with clients and preferably some exposure to HR or payroll systems. Strong analytical and organizational skills come naturally to you, and you are comfortable structuring and prioritizing work in a busy environment. Communication is one of your strengths, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

A solid understanding of SaaS platforms, technical flows, integrations, system architecture, security, and digitalization will be a strong advantage. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, while additional languages are a plus.

If you have previous experience with HR or payroll systems, knowledge of system architecture and security, that would be considered a bonus.
